FAD provides the following methods for requesting deletion of information associated with FAD accounts and connected Meta services. Account deletion is separate from correction or removal of independently maintained public records.
Delete or close a FAD account
Send a request from the email address associated with the account to [email protected] with the subject FAD Account Deletion Request. We may verify control of the account before acting. We will delete or de-identify information that is not required or permitted to be retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, purchased-research history, or other legitimate purposes.
Account deletion does not remove foreclosure, tax-deed, parcel, ownership, court, sale, or other public records maintained by independent government or public-record sources. If a source record is inaccurate, correction may need to begin with the originating agency.
Meta / Facebook / Instagram data deletion
FAD supports Meta's signed data-deletion callback at this URL. When Meta sends a valid signed deletion request, FAD verifies the request using the Meta app secret, removes FAD-held Meta user data that can be associated with the app-scoped identifier in that request, and returns a confirmation code and status URL. FAD retains only a non-reversible request fingerprint and limited confirmation/status metadata needed to document completion.
If you remove FAD's business integration directly through Meta, Meta may also revoke the credential used by FAD. An authorized FAD administrator can separately disconnect the Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account from the Social Autoposter section of FAD Admin, which removes the active encrypted Page credential from use.
Public-record information
FAD's property research includes information derived from public records and third-party government systems. A privacy or account deletion request does not automatically delete an independently sourced public record where FAD has a lawful basis to retain or display that information. We will consider applicable legal rights and substantiated correction requests based on the circumstances.
